Who we are and what this policy covers

AuditCalls ("we", "us") provides an AI conversation intelligence platform for sales and support teams. You can reach us at any time at [email protected]. This policy explains how we process personal data when you use our website and our service. Where this policy refers to "the client", it means the organization subscribed to the AuditCalls service.

What data we process

We process two categories of data. The first is account and contact data: the name, company, email address and phone number you provide in demo request forms and other correspondence. The second is conversation content: recordings and transcripts of calls, chats, emails and meetings that our clients upload or connect to the service. For conversation content, AuditCalls acts as a processor operating on behalf of the client, who is the controller; for account and contact data, AuditCalls is the controller.

How we use your data

We use account and contact data to provide and support the service and to respond to your inquiries, and — only with your consent — to send occasional product updates and marketing materials, which you can opt out of at any time. Conversation content is used solely to provide the service to the client who supplied it: transcription, scoring, analysis and reporting.

Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the service you or your organization ordered), legitimate interest (securing and improving the service, responding to inquiries) and consent (marketing communications and any case where consent is required). We also act in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and the other data-protection requirements applicable to our operations.

Sub-processors and data transfers

To operate the service we work with trusted sub-processors — primarily cloud hosting providers — that process data only on our documented instructions. Data is stored in data centers with a focus on EU and Israeli locations. Where data is transferred outside these regions, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as contractual data-protection commitments.

Data retention

We keep account and contact data while our relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, as required by law. Conversation content is retained only as long as the client's subscription requires and is deleted when the contract ends or upon the client's request, unless we are legally obliged to retain it longer.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification or erasure; you may request data portability, and you may object to or request restriction of certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority; in Israel, that is the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA).

Security and contact

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, isolated servers with strict access controls, and processing carried out by a certified data operator. If you have questions about this policy or about how we handle data, contact us at [email protected].
