Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

Acceptance and changes to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AuditCalls platform and website. By subscribing to the service or using the website, you accept these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the organization you represent. We may update the terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page, and material changes are communicated to active clients in advance.

The service

AuditCalls is provided as a SaaS subscription. The platform transcribes, scores and analyzes customer conversations — calls, messenger chats, emails and recorded meetings — and produces dashboards, reports and coaching insights. The functionality is described in our product documentation and in your order. We aim for high availability and maintain the service on a commercially-reasonable-efforts basis; we do not commit to a specific uptime percentage unless an enterprise agreement expressly states one.

Client responsibilities: recording consent and acceptable use

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful. In particular — and this is essential: by uploading or connecting any conversation recording, you warrant that you have the legal right to record and process it, including all required consents from the participants and compliance with recording and privacy laws in every relevant jurisdiction. You also agree not to use the service to process unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, or violate any applicable law.

Fees and subscription

The Team and Enterprise plans are quoted individually based on seats and conversation volume. Fees, payment terms and subscription periods are set out in your quote or order. Subscriptions renew for the agreed period unless cancelled according to the terms of your plan, and may be terminated at the end of the current period as described in your order. After termination, access to the service ends and data is handled according to our retention and deletion practices.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

AuditCalls retains all rights to the service, including its software, models, interfaces and documentation. You retain all rights to your conversation data and to the reports generated from it. Each party agrees to keep the other party's confidential information — including pricing, technical details and conversation content — confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Transcripts, scores and analytics are informational tools that support human decisions; we do not guarantee any specific business outcome or result from using them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditCalls is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law and contact

For enterprise clients, the governing law and venue are set out in the signed agreement, as these details are finalized per client jurisdiction. By default, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Questions about these terms? Contact us at [email protected].
